A musical exploration of Creamer’s Filipino roots and his adopted Canadian upbringing, Connections (2025) is a collection of demos that reflect Creamer’s cultural identity, expressions on adoption, reigniting connection, mixed with decades of music making, notably with Folly and the Hunter, Geoffroy, Satellite, Creamer hopes to open up the topic of adoption through representation and relatability by communicating through his music. Recorded at home before and during his firstborn. This album is dedicated to my dear Cielo.
